Where is it?

What to bring?

We will be staying in tents, but there is an amenities block and a covered shelter for food prep etc. We hope to be doing some blokey stuff in the bush so bring some old clothes to get dirty in.

Here’s a list of thing’s you’ll want to bring. If you don’ have anything, make a note of it when you register below, and we’ll organise for someone to bring spares.

• tent (indicate when you register if you’re happy to/need to share)
• camping mattress
• sleeping bag & pillow
• plate, bowl & cutlery (incl. steak knife if you’ve got one)
• warm clothes
• hat & sunscreen
• insect repellant
• Bible
• 1kg bag of flour (you’re going to love this activity!)

When does it start/finish?

Sunset is at 5:37pm but it’s easier to set up a tent in the daylight, so we recommend you aim to arrive between 4:30pm and 5:00pm. That way we can help each other set up tents. Then we’ll fire up the BBQ and start cooking around 5:30pm. Let us know if you’re going to be later than that and we can make sure there’s food for you when you arrive.

On Sunday, we’ll have lunch and then pack up. So you should be home in plenty of time to unpack, clean up, and go to church at night if you need to.

How do I register?

Registration is done by entering details into the form below. Registrations MUST close Wed 7th Sept. so we can make sure that we order enough meat, er I mean, food for everyone!
